Corbett, Duncan & Hubly (CDH) PC invite you to attend an accounting seminar entitled “Transition from US GAAP to International Financial Reporting Standards”. International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) are coming to foreign subsidiaries whose parent companies are shifting their accounting standards to IFRS. Seminar attendees will learn key facts about IFRS and the expected impacts IFRS will have on your accounting department as well as the entire company. The seminar will also educate attendees on major differences between US GAAP and IFRS, how prepared they are for the upcoming conversion, and how to take advantage of this opportunity to enhance the value of the company.
