JASI & IJC Golf Classic Sponsorship Opportunity 

We are pleased to announce that the Twenty-Third Annual Golf Classic hosted by the Japan-America Society of Indiana and the Indiana Japan Chamber will be held on Sunday, September 28th in Indianapolis.This year’s tournament will be held at one of Indiana’s premier golf destinations:  The Fort Golf Course!  A Pete Dye-designed course, The Fort offers a challenge on some of the most beautiful golf terrain in the state.  The Golf Classic is made possible through the generous support of Title Sponsor Fifth Third Bank. 

The Golf Classic, one of the largest outings of the year for Japanese and American executives, is a great day of fun, competition and camaraderie!   This year’s scramble tournament will start with Tee-Off at 10:00 a.m. and conclude with an Awards Luncheon. 

We invite University of Evansville to serve as a Corporate Sponsor for this year’s JASI/IJC Golf Classic.  Sponsorship is an excellent opportunity for companies to receive recognition among a playing field consisting of the leaders in the Japan-Indiana relationship, while supporting the strengthening of that relationship. 

Corporate Sponsorship also helps underwrite the many expenses in producing the tournament and ensures that the Japan-America Society of Indiana is financially covered in case of a rain-out. Moreover, the Golf Classic is a very important fundraiser for JASI, with net proceeds being directed to our educational programs and public services.

The success of the tournament depends on the contributions of our Corporate Sponsors.  Therefore, our sponsors are honored in multiple ways.  Sponsors are recognized in the printed invitation that is mailed to 3,000 individuals and companies, on signage at the event, and on the JASI website.  Additional benefits are provided according to the level of sponsorship.
